Constance Wheeler

Wabi Sabi Owner/Manager

Constance Wheeler is the owner of Wabi Sabi Salon, bringing a global perspective and a strong business foundation to the heart of Navarre. Born and raised abroad throughout Central and South America, with time spent in the Middle East and Africa, Constance developed an early appreciation for culture, community, and connection. A James Madison University graduate with a degree in business, her professional background spans hospitality, defense contracting, and the commercial mortgage industry. This diverse experience shapes her thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership and her commitment to building a salon that is both professionally run and genuinely welcoming.

Michelle Armendariz

Stylist

Michelle brings both experience and heart to everything she does at Wabi Sabi Salon. Originally from Orange County, California, she is known for her beautiful work with rich red tones and her confidence in short women’s cuts, including expertly crafted pixies. Married to her husband Cameron (US Army Retired), Michelle is a proud mom to her son Dusty, a loving daughter-in-law Sydney, and an adoring grandmother to her grandson Gio. Her warm presence and artistic eye make every appointment feel both personal and polished.

Ruth Oddy

Stylist

Ruth brings a bright, thoughtful artistry to Wabi Sabi Salon, with roots in Washington State and years of experience as a dedicated Aveda stylist. A proud and supportive Air Force wife to her husband Ryan and mom to three little ones, Ruth has recently returned to the area after spending several years in New Mexico. She specializes in natural, effortless color and cuts, creating lived-in looks that feel authentic, beautiful, and easy to wear.

Gabby Bundy

Stylist

Gabby is a talented stylist whose roots run deep at Wabi Sabi Salon—she’s been part of the salon family since she was a teenager. The daughter of a U.S. Marine, she brings dedication and creativity to her craft, with a special passion for blondes ranging from platinum to strawberry tones, as well as beautiful long-hair work. Engaged to her fiancé Gio and often accompanied by their beloved dog Seppi, Gabby’s warmth, skill, and loyalty shine through in every guest experience.

Sara Colon

Stylist/Assistant

Sara is a newer stylist with a passion for color, blonding, and fashion colors, and a love for creative cuts and styles. Raised overseas by two Army veterans, she grew up surrounded by diverse cultures and artistic influences. Her background in painting and drawing led her to a deep appreciation for the color wheel and how colors work together, inspiring her passion for hair. Sara believes hair is both a form of self-expression and a source of confidence, and her goal is to help every guest feel like the best version of themselves.

Haley Dowden

Haley is a proud Northwest Florida native with over 10 years of experience behind the chair. As a devoted mom of three and a true all-around stylist, she brings versatility, confidence, and care to every service she provides. From cuts and color to styling and transformations, Haley’s well-rounded skill set and southern charm make her a favorite among guests.
